Notice of Appointment of Mr. Tadachiyo Osada, Former Representative Director and Senior Managing Director of MUFG Bank, as Outside Director

Green Battery Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kotaro Okada) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tadachiyo Osada as Outside Director, effective April 10, 2026. The appointment is part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to further strengthen its management foundation and corporate governance framework.

Mr. Osada previously served as Representative Director and Senior Managing Director of MUFG Bank, Ltd., and currently holds outside officer positions at a number of listed companies and startups.

In addition to his many years of executive leadership at one of Japan’s largest financial institutions, Mr. Osada brings extensive experience as an outside officer across both listed companies and high-growth ventures. By applying his advanced expertise in finance and corporate strategy, together with his broad experience in management oversight, governance enhancement, and support for growth-stage companies, Green Battery will continue to pursue sustainable growth in corporate value.
